Restoring Land. Reducing Costs. Protecting the Environment.
How Our Soil Shredding Process Works
Unlimited Construction uses a patented, cutting-edge, eco-friendly soil shredding process to clean contaminated soil directly on-site. This eliminates the need for hauling soil to landfills and sourcing new material, saving time, money, and reducing environmental impact.
Excavation
- Contaminated soil is excavated and stockpiled.
- We assess contamination levels and collect samples to meet regulatory requirements.
- The soil is processed into a consistent mixture.
- A high-powered oxidizer is applied to break down contaminants, eliminating harmful hydrocarbons.
Treatment
Sampling
- Treated soil is left to stabilize for 24-48 hours.
- Composite soil samples are collected and tested in a certified lab to confirm regulatory compliance.
Backfill
- Approved soil is placed back into the excavation.
- The area is compacted and restored, supporting future vegetation growth.
